Logan McKnight

Logan McKnight spent 20 years climbing from IONM technologist to CEO in med-tech, scaling a regional monitoring company from the red to a nationally recognized operation generating millions in revenue. She's built and led teams across the US and India, including helping launch the first national neuromonitoring company in India, and she's seen firsthand what happens when organizations try to grow faster than their systems and people can handle.

Now, as founder of GoodKnight Consulting, Logan works with med-tech and medical device companies on the leadership and organizational infrastructure that determines whether a new initiative (technology, process, or team) actually sticks. She brings the operator's lens: fewer frameworks, more accountability, and a clear-eyed view of why most implementation failures aren't technology problems.

Logan serves on the boards of STRIPES, advancing women in med-tech, and the Nepal Spine Foundation.
